If you want to see how bad things can get… look no further. These injectors see extreme conditions in a Direct Injection MazdaSpeed3. Carbon build up is terrible and the injectors came in with some of the most inconsistent results we’ve ever seen.
Imagine what the intake manifold and head/valves look like!!! Now these injectors are all clean and ready to go. Checkout the cleaning fluid before and after. Yuck!!!!
These injectors look and flow good as new. You can see just how big of a difference a good cleaning makes !!! Nearly all traces of carbon are gone after two heated deep clean cycles in our tank.
