This is why you ALWAYS get used injectors tested, at MINIMUM. These ID 2000 were purchased used and are going onto a freshly built motor.
We do 4 stage injector testing with our standard test service. Right off the bat these injectors FAILED the pressure test. You can even see black residue dripping out of the injectors. This was the 1st test of the 4 we did. Customer requested same day turn around and we have several sets to do today.
In the picture you can see the dirt and contamination left in our cleaning tank after ONE cleaning cycle.
Imagine spending thousands on a motor and killing it because of some used dirty injectors.
