I have found OBD Emissions Parameters. Similar to what tuners have done for years on Evos, ralliarts, and Subarus, we can now access monitors for testing purposes… ?
To put it simply, flashing and disabling certain things within a “tune”/ROM can trip an error within the OBD monitors and keep them from completing automatically, forcing you to fail smog even if your car, and emissions equipment are performing as they should. I now have control that will allow them to ignore anything we might do elsewhere in the code or for any number of reasons.
As always, these updates will be included in all our dyno tuning and e-tuning services. They are intended for TESTING and OFF-ROAD USE ONLY.
