2016 Lancer / Outlander ECU Access and tuning development is in the works.  

I’m a few hours into disassembly and I’ve already found the ECU ID, and fuel tables.  There are totally new memory models and chipset in the new ECUs and as such current flash and read methods won’t work and there are no public definitions out. I believe i am the first person to start tuning 2016+ Mitsubishi Lancer and Mitsubishi Outlander. 😉 🙂
